I would say that the price for this car is quite adequate, in fact, it's the cost of "used pretty" spare parts of which it consists. Now is the time of electric cars, and I understand that such cars are actually not needed by anyone, at least because it's not profitable. Although depending on the purpose of this car can also be useful for short trips (cuz, far you are unlikely may go on "this").
Although if you buy spare parts from a trusted supplier https://www.bestpartstore.co.uk/ and customize the engine, there is a chance that this car will still be in demand a couple of years ( until prohibition of gasoline engines in general).
I'm not impressed, to be frank, and the mileage 146000 is too large, without proper maintenance and replacement of important parts it's just scrap ...
